This online meditation retreat will be held via Zoom. You may join for some, all, or none of the scheduled non-events. Come and go as you wish! just please follow the schedule for the sake of others. Follow the appropriate schedule for your time zone.
We will attempt to follow this schedule as closely as possible, but make no promises! You are welcome to join or leave at any time. If while you join us there is ambient noise within range of your microphone that might be distracting to others (e.g. conversations nearby, coffee grinders, dogs barking, vacuuming, earth moving equipment, sirens, etc.), please mute yourself. The sounds of your own breathing, soft rustling as you adjust your posture on the cushion, birds chirping occasionally, and other quiet noises one might hear in a quiet group meditation experience are all ok!

Recommendations:
Get a good night’s sleep Sunday night.
Wear comfortable clothes, drink water, and lay in a good supply of snacks. Plan your lunch (or dinner) ahead of time. Put a good beer or two in the fridge for the end of the day (or wine, ice cream, etc.)
Don’t worry!
Your presence will be a support to others, as well as an interesting experience for yourself.
